Firework Usage Reminder
Consumer fireworks are only allowed to be discharged on private property. No fireworks in any of the Town’s parks or on the beach. They may only be used from 5 p.m. and two hours after sunset on June 29, June 30, July 1, July 2, July 3, July 5, July 6, July 7, July 8 and July 9; between 10 a.m. and midnight on July 4; and between 10 a.m. on December 31 and 1 a.m. on January 1. There is a $100 fine for each offense. Please be respectful to neighbors (including pet and young childen) and be safe!
