Fall Clean Up, Nov 2nd thru Dec 4th

The dates for leaf pick-up are November 2nd through December 4th.

All leaves should be raked to the road's edge.  Do not put leaves in the roads.

No brown bags, no limbs, stones, or yard debris.

On Monday, November 2nd, Town of Long Beach will begin its fall leaf cleanup.  The trucks will continually make their rounds throughout the town, collecting only leaves raked to the road’s edge, ending the season of cleanup on Friday, December 4th.  Residents should keep in mind there are quite a few projects going on in Long Beach with large trucks and/or equipment that could possibly cause delays in some areas.  Be patient with road crews that could be working in your area. Please do not use brown leaf waste bags, do not put yard plantings’ clumps, twigs/tree branches, or large stones/rocks in the leaf piles as these cause damage to the leaf vacuums.  All leaves will be collected before the final pass on December 4th, no need to call the Town Hall for scheduled pickups as there isn’t a definite timeframe for pickups in any certain neighborhood but be guaranteed that all leaves will be picked up before the trucks leave town on December 4th If you have your leaves at the street by the end of the day November 29th for the leaf vacs to make that final pass.
